Summer internships available
The ECOFUN team are generally happy to host a couple of students each year to help them obtain some interesting work experience and to assist us in some exciting projects that can even result in scientific publication.
- Investigating the impact of Brassica plants on atmospheric chemistry.
- Measuring the enzyme activity of plant litters from across a range of European arboreta.
- Investigating the dynamic influence of soil hyphosphere communities on soil pH and gas fluxes.
- Investigating the impact of mycorrhizal fungal association on weathering and tree productivity.
- Investigating the impact of successive heatwaves on canopy temperature and evapotranspiration in the south west of France.
- Investigating the isotopic signals of forest tree species and their relationships with plant metabolism.
If you would like to come and join our team for a few months over the summer period, complete a little ‘stage’ and gain some research experience then please contact Lisa Wingate.
